We are proud to have been one of the first companies in the UK to have acquired one of the new Fast T Jet printers. Greta for T-Shirts printing - now you can have a multi coloured image permanently printed onto a white 100% cotton t-shirt in any quantity you require - just one off if you want ! The image is digitally printed onto the t shirt direct from the computer. The ink used is water based so it won't crack and gives the garment a nice soft feel. We can print from virtually any pc graphic programme or file.

This type of printing is great for Hen Night tees, Stag Night tees and promotional tees

SUBLIMATION PRINTING

dark laser printingIf you are looking for a permanent multi coloured print onto polyester or polycotton garments garments such as running vests, football shirts, paintball shirts, polycotton polo shirts etc then sublimation printing is for you. By way of explanation the design is printed onto a special sheet of release paper using sublimation ink which is then heat pressed onto the garment. At a very high temperature and pressure the ink forms a gas which then permanently dyes the polyester content of the fabric.

Most modern football shirts and other multi coloured team shirts are now printed in this way as well as mugs, coasters and place mats ( please contact us for details if you are looking for printed mugs etc ).

The MINIMUM QUANTITY is just 1

Washing instructions : Wash 40 degrees.

  

DARK LASER PRINTING

dark laser printing Great for putting a multi colour design or photo onto a coloured garment. The image is permanently dyed onto a thin sheet of plastisol which is then heat sealed onto the fabric.

dark laser printing We are able to cut the print into quite complex shapes for breast or sleeve type badges and because of it's high wash properties it can also be used for sportswear and workwear.

Washing Instructions: Wash up to 60 degrees

  

PLOTTER PRINTING

plotter printed T-shirt Some people may not be as familiar with plotter printing yet as they arewith screen printing. This method of printing is done by cutting the design out of asheet of solid coloured ink and sealing it into the garment using a high temperature and very highpressure. The benefits of plotter printing are that the print edges are much cleaner thantraditional screen printing, it's handle or touch is less tacky and it's biggest benefitis that no printing screen is required which means that we can economically print very small quantities. Certain types of plotter printingcan be ironed over, tumble dryed, dry cleaned and industrial washed in temperatures up to 90 degrees. All of these have to be avoided at all costs with screen printing !

The image to be printed is taken direct from thecomputer. This allows all sorts of possibilities not available before - individual namescan be printed on each garment - each garment can have a different print colour(s) - designamendments can be made to individual garments etc etc. Lost, damaged or replacementgarments can be quickly produced without the need for a minimum quantity. Our minimumquantity for a plotter printed garment is just ONE.

WORKWEAR PLOTTER

plotter printed boiler suitIdeal for workwear, contract workwear, Proban boiler suits etc etc. It is not possible to place one colour on top of each other. Lab tested and supplied by us to one of the U.K.'s leading contract workwear laundries. We've seen this stuff last longer than the garments !

COMMERCIAL TRANSFERS

plotter printed T-shirt An alternative to dark laser printing. Commercial transfers can be printed in single or multiple colours and can be applied to a variety of garments. Minimum quantity is 25 and pricing is dependant on quantity size of badge and the number of colours. There are two types of transfer available - normal garment or commercial laundry.

RHINESTONES AND STUDS

SCREEN PRINTING

screen printed T-shirtWe can screen print from 25 to 1,000's. Print charges vary dependant on quantity and the number of colours etc.

Washing Instructions. Screen printing can be washed up to 40 degrees. The image should not be ironed over.
